We provide interior design services for our clients at no additional charge and our home pricing starts in the mid 700's. Avidly involved in the residential building industry since 1965, owner Randy Mayer established his custom home building firm in 1980. Since the firms inception, each new home built continues to be unique, beginning as a compilation of ideas on a blank page, produced only once, then its working drawing retired. Therefore, each floor plan, elevation, and list of features is unique to the needs of each client. Through a team design/build approach Randy Mayer, with the assistance of specially selected architects and designers, develops one of a kind custom homes, which reflects the tastes, desires, and requirements of each individual client.
